Such a great experience here! They had excellent customer service and great prices and cars. I will be back. It's convenient that the age of renting is 21 and over.

RUN!nAbsolutely terrible service, cars, people and experience.nI rented a car from here for 3 months and signed all the contracts upfront. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!nnUpon receiving the car, it was filthy inside and out; I even found 2 empty beer cans under the passenger seat after I got home!nI was told I would be getting a Toyota Corolla, but I instead received a Nissan Versa with MANUAL windows and no spare tire. The seats were marked with god knows what, the car reeked of smoke and even had burn marks on the seats; The windows were nicotine streaked and all the door cubbies/cup holders were sticky at the bottom. They wiped down the car for 5 minutes after I brought it to their attention with about a 5% improvement....nnAt this point I had no choice but to take the car; I didn’t want to inconvenience my friend who drove two hours round-trip, out of his way to drop me off - and the contracts had already been executed. I figured for $399 a mo, what could I really expect?nnThey also informed me I could swap out the car the following week if I wanted a Corolla instead.nWhen I called to swap it out, they wanted an additional $150 per month for it!!nI just decided to just keep the Versa and wait out my contracts.nnI called 3 days into my third contract to get a new paper tag sent to me when I was informed that the rate had now changed to $799 a month! Shocked, I asked how they could justify a $400 increase and they simply said “supply and demand”.nI signed a contract at $399, not $799.....I tried cancelling the contract with them but they informed me the “cancellation fees” were almost $400!!!nThey ended up getting their $799, along with charging me $599 (without my consent) for the second month. All this for your basic, bottom of the line, POS with barely functioning A/C.nnI returned the car today, much cleaner than I had received it. I was treated like dirt. When I broached my concerns with the manager about the rate changes, beer cans and filth along with my dissatisfaction, she exclaimed “what do you want me to do about it?”nThey don’t care about the customer here. Period. It’s all about the money and how much they can scam you for.nFor $799 a month, I booked a Ford Fusion at Avis today and I would advise anyone considering Priceless car rental to do the same - Unless you’d rather get scammed of course.nnI even have Bluetooth, power windows, Radar, unlimited miles and best of all - Guaranteed rate lock!
