Terrible place i have always had issues with this office, but today I went in paid for priority.nI asked how much it was for ground shipping and eta she said 12/28/2020 she said ground would be longer than priority.So I got priority. When I left I looked at the receipt and it said eta 12/28/2020. I went back to the office to speak to the manager and she asked me if I had asked how long priority would take. I said no and she gave me a look. The lady in the front knew how long it would take for ground and priority and failed to leave out it would take the same amount of time. The manager told me she would let me talk to the lady who attended me. I walked out instead. If the manager wasn't willing to do anything when I brought it to her attention what is a simple employee going to do about it. I basically paid more to have it delivered in the same amount of time. I am beyond angered.
Every time we have a fill in for our regular mail person they never pick up our mail. We are a business and need the mail picked up. I called and made a complaint and was told that it would be taken care of. It has not. The sub shoves it through the window and bolts, even when we try to yell at them to wait.
I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to me on Tuesday, but was marked insufficient address and was going to be sent back to its sender. I called this post office with plenty of time before closing, to possibly reroute the package or pick it up at the post office myself. I spoke to the manager who was supposed to call me back that same day after speaking with the mail carrier, but never did. Anytime I called to check on the status of my package after hearing nothing for several hours, I had another employee tell me rudely that I will have to wait. The customer service here is non existent and deplorable! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Had a pickup scheduled and selected for the driver to knock/ring the doorbell. Did not even bother coming by. And I know if they would have knocked seeing as we have dogs. And the drivers tend to come whenever they like.nnUpdate: I see u guys made it hard to talk to a CSR. Good one.
