I ordered my course material the Friday before class started and was told it would take 24-48 hours for it to be ready for pick up. I ended up getting the materials elsewhere because I had assignments due already and decided I’d just return the items from the bookstore. I never received an email that my order was ready, I called the store several times and didn’t get an answer until Friday that next week. I was told I had to come into the store for a refund and I only had 2 days left to do it. I had to leave work early to get to the store where they seemed to have had my order the whole time and finally got a refund for my $143. I don’t want to deal with this bookstore ever again
For a bookstore that is on campus and taken over by barns and nobles. It's not very barnes and noble like. It's more like a closet space. The comfort and quality of the place is very boring. Most campus book store can be a wow, this one not so much.
Prices are higher than online bookstores, but it's convenient sometimes if you want to save the shipping. Nice cashiers and very clean.
