Kelly really is the best in the business!! She has been arranging our travel for years. She ALWAYS goes Above and Beyond the call of duty. She gives us fantastic service, communications and recommendations. She loves and is very passionate about her job and it shows. She is just as excited about our trips as we are! No matter what we ask or need, she always delivers, from just a simple hotel room or a custom 3 week vacation to New Zealand. She offers what no online service can replicate....service, personalization and the advocacy on our behalf while we are traveling. When it comes to expert advise and service, she can't be beat!
Kelly at 5 Star Escapes is a miracle worker when it comes to travel! She is very knowledgeable and is very passionate about travel. She has got me out of a jam several times. Its nice to know that you have an advocate and someone to call if flights get cancelled and you need them while traveling!
Kelly has booked several trips for me and my family in the past and we have always had a VIP experience no matter how big or small the trip. We have worked with Kelly Brady on a trip we had planned for this past spring. She organized a wonderful trip for us that, unfortunately, had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.
