Rip off. Quoted a range over the phone. Showed up with no tools, just a few pump up air bags. Opened an interior door, “The simplest job,” he says as he walks up. Ten minutes later, tells me it is $200. Annoying. Don’t call them.
Locked keys in car they came at 1 am a d unlocked truck ( not me )
It took a lot longer than was stated
It’s 2 am on the dot, I called and they said they’d have someone out to me soon. 15 minutes later I get a call from the technician saying he would be there soon, since we both were in Arlington. One hour later no contact or anything. I called Justin’s Locksmith to come out instead he gets there in 20 minutes communication and everything. So since Justin is there I call to cancel this guy and then he starts asking me if I could pay a service charge...what service???? So then I just hang up and proceed to get 5 straight phone calls from this place so I call them back and the operator is saying he is waiting for me and I explained the situation on why I cancelled then she tries to give a lecture on it not being right that I didn’t pay him even though he did nothing on top of making me wait over an entire hour. If my time is wasted then I’m fine with theirs being wasted. Call Justin’s Locksmith instead of this place he’s a nice man and he gets to you in time!
