For some reason Amazon shipped my package to my old address and then forward it to this post office. They would not covered the rest of the postage, so I had to go down here and pay. I tell the guy behind the counter that I want to go ahead and pay the postage I will deal with Amazon later. Rather than continuing to process me He tries to keep going on about what he thinks the issue is. I lean on the counter because at this point he is wasting my time. When I tell him that he is wrong on the issue, he keeps going. At this point I’m getting frustrated because he keeps talking over me. He says “Why don’t we just drop it because I don’t get paid to handle issues like this”I told him at least you’re getting paid, and not having to pay extra money
Not good on delivering the mail they cannot find my package is so enjoying that when you go to check why into been delivered they say we don’t know we’re it is.
Worst customer service. I went in there I had a question about the Insurance that they had told me I had about a damage package but the staff there started laughing making a joke out of my claim screaming a cross the room making other customers aware of the issue very rude and very unprofessional do not recommend this place at all!
Worst post service ever, packages are delivered to wrong address. I had to invest in cameras due to the constant negligence. I had a package that said delivered at a specific time only to pull up the cameras and see it delivered into my neighbor's mailbox. I called to inform them of this and the lady on the phone says that that I'd just across the street. I guess implying that I need to go get it myself. She didn't ask for my name or phone number. I told her I dont feel ok with getting mail out of someone else's mailbox. She sounded annoyed. If anyone should be annoyed, it's ME!! I'm going to another post office that isn't as ghetto and getting a post office box. This is the most incompetent post office I've ever had to deal with. It's a shame it seems as if there is nothing I can do except pay for a po box in order to get my mail by a more reliable post office in Tyler.
Waiting on a package to be delivered to my box. They dropped off all my junk mail, but no package. Then we got a notice stating my driveway was inaccessible. Not only was my driveway and mailbox totally accessible, but my package weighs less than an ounce and the FedEx guy was able to deliver a box of shoes to my doorstep. All the USPS driver had to so was put it in the box, which once again, was totally clear. This isn't the first time they screwed up either. Our mailman also gave one of my packages to someone else, then swore up and down he handed it to me. It was a limited edition item that is now sold out and will never be available again. Post office refused my claim.
