I've had several issues with this post office and the carriers that are dispatched from this location. Most recently, on a Sunday I found the mailroom in my apartment complex completely opened, all the mailboxes unlocked. This complex has also had issues with packages being scanned as delivered, and never being delivered. Attempts to correct the issue with the management at the office result in angry defensive people and if you ask to speak to a carrier, the cops called on you. USPS you are failing utterly and completely to do the job the government is paying you to do.
Sent a package through them to Illinois and somehow ended up in Washington DC and North Carolina ??? Which is way out of the way from Texas to Illinois. It was a birthday package and is now 18 days LATE and missed the birthday and still hasn’t even reached Illinois. I’ve never had a problem shipping anything before this post office.
Repeatedly not receiving my packages and the packages I do receive are 2-4 days late. No delivery/pick up slips are not being left at my door. Failed delivery attempts even ive been home. I have to inconveniently call the USPS & the sellers I buy from about shipping issues. FED-Up!! If you order online, request another carrier. USPS keeps dropping the ball. (I'd give a zero if it were possible)
I went expecting a bad experience because of all the posted poor reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. They were 10 minutes late opening, but the man (manager?) was very cordial and polite. I was hoping to retrieve my package before it went back out in the carrier vehicle. He retrieved my package in less than 2 minutes, and I was on my way. Could not ask for better service!
