I have a package that said it was delivered, but it wasn't. So far no luck getting help. I was home and the delivery notice on my phone said it was left at my door. I checked a soon as I got the message and it wasn't there. Not in the mail box neither. I gave it two days and still nothing. Calling USPS was no help. So what do i do now? Just forget about the money I spent? What about my package. I can only think of two things that could have happened. Either my postal carrier is completely inept or a theif. I am hoping for inept. But I still want my package.
Great experience! Walked in as they unlocked the lobby, was directed to the correct priority express form and envelope, and was able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes total, including filling things out. Very friendly, helpful man at the counter! Thank you, sir!
Lousy service with post office boxes, they charge to much and you get no service. I'm notified a package is delivered and it's not..I have to stand in line show them the notification and make them go find my package.
