My phone was stolen at a restaurant and I was able to locate it using my location. An officer actually went door to door to several houses till he retrieved my phone at 11 pm. Talk about protect and serve! The Tyler Police Department went above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated.

The Tyler PD is fast to respond to neighborhood concerns and they are always professional and courteous while protecting our city. I believe their skill and training is also very evident. We are grateful for you Tyler PD!

Prejudice af, im constantly followed by police. I feel unsafe on my way to work, picking up my kids or jus going to the store. Life is troubling enough and no one should have to worry or be victimized in such a way.

Very polite and respectful. Didn't hurt or threaten me when being detained. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to being arrested by these folks again.

When they arrest someone they keep their belongings, especially their money. If you ask for the money they say that they don't have anything. They should have a good example for the community, but a real bad reputation.
