Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. office. Do not book here. Stay away.

Stay away from this place. I took my mom here for approximately 3 years. She was never properly diagnosed, and her Rheumatoid Arthritis did not get any better. In my experience with my mom, all they did was see her every 3 or 4 months, take inappropriate labs, refill meds and send her home. Dr. Phillips even put her on some meds for gout that gave her an allergic reaction. She was miserable and was ready to go elsewhere. Even when I asked PA Dr. Phillips about increasing her mg of methotrexate, he stated that she was on the maximum amount. They also didn't do appropriate lab work. All of this was a waste of time, money and gas. My mom now sees Rheumatologist Dr. Kamali in Longview, and he is awesome!! He treats his patients right and genuinely cares for them. He is also working to decrease her inflammation from Rheumatoid. My mom loves Dr. Kamali and the way he's treating her condition. Save yourself and your money and go elsewhere.

Doctors are nice but overbooked and overruled by non compassionate nursing director and office managers. If you like waiting months for cutting edge solutions such as steroids to mask your problem or an injection to hide what ails you until it wears off and you have to return, by all means get a loan and go there. They're compassion kicks in the moment payment is received.

I had a bad experience with another provider and decided to come see Dr. Graves. He assessed my bloodwork history and changed my meds. Since April 2019, I'm doing much better. I haven't had any bad experience with front desk or the other office staff. If you use the Patient Portal for communication, they are prompt and more than attentive. Usually less than 24hr replies. Insurance messed up and I almost went without Humira for too long and without asking, I was told to come pick up a single injection to tide me over til ins. figured themselves out. I'll never go back to Christus Rheuma.

I’ve been trying to receive a special medication for almost 2 months now with no luck. The nurses keep filing it under a insurance policy that is not on record which causes so much confusion. After the 4th time I was completely done. Good doctors but poor nursing staff. When a person needs their medicine for every day function and life, no compassion or empathy is shown. Sick people in this world.
