Edit 4/4/21:nWent to see Godzilla vs. Kong last night and it has reaffirmed that theaters are a dying business and I'd rather not spend my money to go anymore. I prepurchased my ticket has I used to always do, but they no longer have someone at the front just for tickets.nYou have to wait in the same single line for concessions and get your ticket at that counter, even if you don't want any concessions for the movie itself. For a Friday night movie they only had three people working the counter so the line was at a crawl. We stood in line so long, the movie started before we sat down... and we got there on time. There were still people coming into the theater 10 minutes after us as well.nnWe used to have great experiences here on a weekly basis wit being AMC Stubs members, but I don't think we will be coming back. With most movies coming out in a streaming service, I will be planning to watch them at home instead.
DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give a negative rating I would. Terrible. Awefull. The staff is rude. And they will lie to you so you will buy a ticket. If you pay for an IMAX movie you will be played a 2d movie. Do not come here. All of the arcade machines are out of order and the bartender at the bar will not be present. Ever. You will not get alcohol. And its 17$ for a popcorn and drink! Do not let them ruin your night!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My family and I wanted to go watch a movie for my little cousin. And we were stopped immediately because our masks weren't good enough, that would be ok if 1. She wasn't absolutely disrespectful to my family and 2. They charge a ridiculous price already for this movie theater which looks gross and then want to charge us to buy some masks that are acceptable at their location. Its ok this place will probably go out of business in a couple months, if you want recommendations go to Times Square movie theater.
Great place to watch movies, has a wide variety of theatres and great staff.
The food and And drinks were amazing especially the nachos
