This was actually a pretty nice hotel for the price. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable
The GM Jaquana was very nice and accommodating while my roommate and I were displaced because of the snow storm. She even stayed over and cleaned rooms just to help check in guests when her staff didnt show up. Thank You very much
Very nice clean and nice room! The pool was heated and nice! The front office women (Denise I believe) very helpful and kind!
Based on what I heard, I can't fault the person running the hotel, as they were on their 20-something hour of the shift and hadn't had a chance to eat.nnFound out our room was not cleaned normally during the day. Which was not such a big deal as we weren't going to be there until later.nnArrived at midnight but no one at the desk, just before 1 someone came in.nnDoor did not lock from the outside. No key required.nnNo towels.nnPulled back the covers and several long hairs were scattered about.nnThankfully I had a sleeping bag: slept in it.nnOne star required to review.nOne star giving the benefit of the doubt to an overworked unrelieved yet polite worker.nnMinus 3 stars, one for each of the above issues.nnSecurity wise: 0 with door only locking from inside.
