Rooms rates were reasonable and the room clean and comfortable. The property is older so there are some expected need for updates. If that bothers you, may need to increase your budget for a newer property.nnMy complaint was not with the hotel property....it is the irresponsible andninconsiderate guests that travel with dogs. If you do not pick up after your dog or allow it to soil and damage the room, you are the reason hotels do not welcome our dogs!! The $10 they charge does not cover the mess your dogs make in the room and on the grounds.nEither leave your pets at home, or pick up after them. Train them to stay in a crate if they are not house broken!!! Thank you
Older property with no queen beds. Only King or two Full size beds to choose from.nThe rooms were small and semi clean. Lots of chipped paint and substandard repairs. They still wanted $85 per night for a one night stay on a Thursday. I felt like they were overcharging for the room in relation to the substandard quality of the property. I left and went to another Wyndham Property down the street. I would recommend looking for another hotel as there are several in the area.nnEdit: Take note of the responses from the management of this property. They simply cut and paste the same response to every review that suggests that the property is lacking in some way. Their response indicates (to me) that they have no interest in improving their property and are simply trying to appease reviewers who don't take the time to read other people's reviews as well as the management's responses.nIf you must stay at this property, I suggest that you search for discounted rates through other websites to get a lower rate. Maybe at a discounted rate, you could justify staying at such a substandard property.
Thankful to get a room and stay warm. The staff here has been amazing doing whatever they can to help in this Texas winter storm. We appreciate them working around the clock and making everyone feel welcome under such stressful conditions.
The room was disgusting. Hair from previous tenants in one of the beds. Stains on the sheets to the same bed. Mascara possibly?? Do not disturb sign looks like it hadn't been cleaned since the est opened. The deadbolt was hanging on by one screw wich we didn't notice til morning. Tried 8 other hotels before hand and everything was book. It was late and we were desperate. Definitely would not recommend. And will not stay again.
Do not stay here!!! The customer service is awful. The guy at the desk looks half awake. Train staff better. I don’t even want to get started on the rooms. Hotel is out dated. All together this place needs a remodel.
