If you’re looking at a home sold by Constitution, do yourself a favor and RUN. I made an offer on a house that they allegedly just renovated: new roof, new kitchen, etc. It seemed great until inspection. Needless to say, Constitution’s contractors “forgot” to finish installing the heating system, attach the kitchen cabinets to the ground, and install the dishwasher. The “new” toilet leaked. The sill in the basement was completely rotted. They chopped the top off a hollowed door because they bought the wrong size. AND the roof was not new as they had told me it was. As it turns out, the roof was 7 years old and damaged. I was fortunate enough to get out of this offer, but I can assure you that this company cannot be trusted. Good luck if you waive inspection!

Another piece of trash company that sends unsolicited “WE WANT TO BUY YOUR HOME” junk mail. Pure garbage. Nobody takes junk mail companies seriously.

Bottom-feeding company that does shoddy construction work in order to turn around and triple rents in Boston. Violates every construction noise law on the books.
