I had to rent a 12 person passenger van to take family to the airport. From the moment I arrived they had my reservation ready and waiting. The customer service provided by John and the rest of the staff was top notch. He walked around the vehicle with me, showed me all the key details and asked if I had any questions. He also told me if I needed anything to call him directly. A+ customer service

Made reservations got to enterprise I was out park in lot with in 5 min love there service will use again an always use then.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I did actually go to the wrong location first (my bad) but when I got to the incorrect location there was a lady in front of me that said she had been standing there for 15 min and no one had came out of the building to assist her (mind you it’s 100 degrees outside). She told me she called several times as well with no answer. I stood there about 5 minutes after her and still no one came out of the building (you know since we have to do everything outside because of corona virus). As we’re both standing there 2 of the car detailing people walk past us never said hi or someone will be with you or anything! The line is just getting longer and longer so finally I walk to the back of the location to see if I can get someone that might be outside washing a car to get the employees who are handling the check ins/out, the lady that past me the first time without saying anything, real nicely tells me she will get someone out to assist us.. by the time I walk back around the building there were 3 employees walking out the door. No one was ever ugly to any of the customers so I will give them that. However, no one ever apologized or took credit for the fact they had a line of customers waiting and never got acknowledged. Once I got to my correct location, the lady came right out of the door ready to assist me and got me in and out in about 5 min. The people are very nice but it also would of been nice to have someone take fault for not acknowledging their customers too.

We picked up a rental car at Enterprise because our car was being repaired at an auto body shop. Initially, things went well. When my wife returned the car we were charged additional money because they claimed the insurance wouldn't cover the full charges. I called the manager questioning this and he told me that the representative upgraded me to a premium vehicle but still charged me a lesser price per day. I told him that I never asked to be upgraded to anything more than what the insurance would cover. He was rude and told me there was nothing he could do for us. He suggested I call the insurance company. After talking to the insurance company they told me that we were covered for a premium vehicle to begin with and they should not have charged us anything extra for the vehicle. The claims adjuster promptly refunded our money and called Enterprise.
