I was a little upset when I first visited the Enterprise location on Loop 323 and Spur 364. I was standing outside waiting for service because that was what they wanted us to do the last time I rented a car from them. Two Enterprise employees walked past me into and out of the building without saying a word to me. So I eventually go inside. While I'm standing there, a young man, different from the first two employees came up to me and asked if he could help. I told him yes, I need to make a reservation to be picked up the next day. I proceeded to ask him if waiting outside was still the rule and he said no you don't have to. I told him that two people that work there walked past me twice and could have at least acknowledged me and maybe helped me to know quicker that I could go inside to be helped. He apologized and everything went smoothly. When I returned the next day, Kyle and assistant manager I believe, was very helpful, nice and courteous and made sure that I was fully satisfied with my pickup that day. I was very fortunate to see Kyle again when I returned the vehicle and he was still a great employee. ud83dudc4dud83cudffeI had a great experience. Thanks!

Friendly customer service, hassle free car rentals if done online. I would recommend NOT renting on a Saturday if you want to avoid a long line. As above, much less time if signing up online. Loved the brand new Jeep Cherokee for a week! Great ride!

I ordered a pickup truck and agreed to pay the extra charge. I had to wait two days for a truck. When I did get the call that they had a truck for me ,I had t o return to the store and I got a nissan frontier. It was not cleaned and I do mot call this mini truck a real pickup. It was also not cleaned inside! It looked like someone got sick in the back seat. I did not notice this immediately. It was a couple of days later. By this time it was difficult to return it for another. Not a great experience

Completed reservations days before I actually needed it, received confirmation just to arrive to location day of yo be told they don’t have the vehicle in inventory. People typically plan around their rental being picked up and to get there and be told such thing really through me off. So inconsiderate. I suggest a better system of keeping up with inventory or something.
