Clean park, very friendly management and good location. Easy access pull through spaces. Seems best suited as an overnight park although I heard that some people live here. It was very quite, no noise problems. Really good wifi , water pressure and electricity all good and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Clean, well kept, very friendly owner/manager . Would recommend this place as a stop off or a place to call home!

Lots of long-term monthly people and they are noisy(think loud music at 3 am on Saturday night, and you have to go knock on a trailer door asking them to turn it down. Went ok this time but always a bad idea.) or just do dumb stuff like park in the drives so you have little to no wiggle room trying to get in or out of your pull through. Upon pulling in and paying, place seems decent. Clean, cramped, pretty normal overnight rv park. I would say the entrance off the street is a difficult. Its two turns and there is no way to guess how high the arch over the driveway entrance is. Spots are tiny, super level concrete pad... Electric is 30 foot if you have a rear plug, I couldn't connect to sewer because drain was raised 15 inches off the ground and also 30 foot run. Most accordion style hose support expect that to be at ground level, no idea why this place is special. Pun intended.

Good for overnight but camp spots have 3' clearance at best.
