Valley rose rv park & Storage

I have lived here for over a year! Taryn is the manager and takes her job seriously! She doesn’t make the rules but does enforce them!nThis park has a ton of amenities, a laundry room with several washer and dryer ‘s, a swimming pool, dog park, playground for your children, and for dumpsters for our convenience! Oh don’t forget the all concrete roads and pads! Between Taryn and her team the park is kept up and maintained as it should be! The park was recently sold and bought buy a different persons and some rules have changed a lot of people don’t like change but it’s only to better the park! What I love about it is I feel safe, they don’t let a lot of trash in here and we have cameras with audio and visual to keep all tenants safe Taryn takes that very seriously as long as you pay your rent, keep your lot clean, and abide by the rules this is absolutely the perfect place to live, I would highly recommend this RV park to anyone and everyone ! I have seen she’d go above and beyond to make sure everybody is taken care of and respected!

Nicest RV park in this part of Ft Worth! Concrete streets & Concrete Parking Pads! Very Clean with helpful onsite management. Swimming Pool! Security cameras for safety and security too!

My husband and I live in our Rv and lived here for just a few months shy of a yr. only because we have 2 American Bulldogs and its hard to find places that allow this breed. Well this place appears to be nice and decent, it is far from that!!! The Management is horrible and don't care about their tenants at all, only the money of course. If you have an issue or any problem at all that you approach management with, they will cuss you and scream at you and tell you to deal with it or leave. (Tarren) the manager herself is out of control and shouldn't be working with the public or people at all. We just moved from there as so did 60% or more within the past 10 days. They have new owners and Tarren just got fired...no one was upset over that. The new owners gave everyone 7days to leave that had pets totaling over 30lbs or that had more than 2 dogs, plus if anyone had what they consider to be aggressive breeds had to leave asap, no matter how long you had been a resident or how much of a bind they were putting anyone in. There were elderly people they kicked out because they had elderly Lab dogs...the people I'm talking about had lived there for over 2yrs!!! That to me by itself is enough said! They by far are Not people of compassion, not supportive of their community, they are self centered thieves who are a waste of space and life.....That's just my opinion. Careful to whomever takes a chance on staying there!
