One of my favorite parks in the entire state of, Texas. It has a little bit of everything. Give it a try you love camping there. Even spending a day in the day area is nice.

Large parking area off the main park road south of the lake. Adjacent to a large picnic area, as well as the park amphitheater, the lot offers access to an approx. 1 mile paved, developed trail that travels south to the Lake Mineral Wells State Trailway, a 20-mile developed trail that runs from the city of Weatherford, west past the park, and into the center of the city of Mineral Wells.
