Don't even bother expecting something to arrive on time, even if you pay for expedited shipping. Also, don't waste your time scheduling a re-delivery, they'll just bring it when they feel like it.
Mail is consistently being delivered to the incorrect address.
Employees in the office are very friendly.. But, its been 24 days since I placed my order for the key to my lock box at the park I live in, and it's still not here.. every time I go into the office to retrieve my mail they have to wander around to locate it.. packages have been left at my door and misplaced and returned to sender.. this is ridiculous. I have never had so much problem when moving to get my mail.. And I move 3-4 times a year.. Very disappointed
It sure is hard when you work the nightshift to get to the post office before they close at 4:15 and closed on weekends! How does anyone with a regular job get time to go??
If there was a zero star rating I would have done that! The staff is usually pretty friendly but they are constantly losing my packages and NEVER able to tell me why or where they are! Also sometimes we go a day or two without receiving mail and I know its not just ours because we have a neighborhood of people always complaining!! Please get it together Bc USPS... There's no sense in having a package on your truck all day long and it not being delivered by the end of the day.
