This place is about 30 south of DFW but I had to still wait 3 days until a car would become available. I was stuck in that small town for over a week and they were no help at all in trying to let someone rent a car for me to get home. They are expensive too as in addition to the cost per day of the car, the insurance and they will charge you $300 and hold it. To rent a car for one day cost me less appropriately $450. Who had that kind of extra cash in an emergency

The facility is very clean the gentleman that works the front office is very professional the car was very clean and detailed when we received it it had a half a tank of gas which is okay because he did know that it it did take a little bit of time to obtain the vehicle but the effort and courtesy and professionalism as we were greeted coming into the door was a huge Plus the only thing was online it stated a little bit of a different price of the vehicle that we chose online I was not available we were given something comprable which was a little bit bigger than a crossover we were given a Durango and I'm not sure but the prices seem to be just a little bit off but overall it was a good experience I would recommend them to anyone but I would also make sure that they correct it the efficiencies related to the website as a customer Deems those items how to be a stated online and also to Shore up any misunderstandings but overall the staff was professional and we were genuinely happy and what we were given and we could possibly recommend this particular location to other family and friends

Took care of my particular needs OK. A little difficult to see any effort to complete my transaction and promptly refund my deposit. Having said that they did it with a smile and it was taken care of

We had our rental car (from the Houston area) get a nail in the tire on our way to vacation time! I was able to make it to this Enterprise and tell them the situation. They didn’t have anything in the size we needed available. The young man that was helping me in every way he could (It was just me, my mom and my 2 kids) I was feeling a bit panicked. Finally, he was able to get another enterprise to bring him a vehicle for him to give a customer that was coming later and able to get me into the only vehicle he had that was the size I NEEDED! This man went above and beyond and I am FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!!
