I moved here nearly 10 yrs ago and have had the worst experience with this post office. An individual who works there dislikes me and has done every sneaky thing they can do to prevent my mail from getting to me. I have lodged a complaint with the post master but have seen little results. I am now working my way through the chain of command to the regional director and will be contacting the investigator once again. I am not satisfied with the results as of yet and the problem is still occuring. There are a couple of individuals who are doing their job and I hope they will continue to be an example to the other workers as to how to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
This is the best Post office I've ever done business with. Great people that go above and beyond to help. Highly recommended.
It's an old post office but it's full service and remodeled a few years ago after someone forgot to set their break and drove right through the front and knocked out the front doors and the First Bank of Post Office boxes. Thank goodness no one was hurt. It is right across the street from the city park. The staff are very friendly and they know it all when it comes to shipping and mailing packages and parcels. Did I mention Post Office boxes. They replaced that bank of Post Office boxes that were knocked over by the car that drove into the building.
Always helpful, pleasant and courteous.
