Timothy Wilson: Allstate Insurance

I’m beyond upset with my current dealings with this company.nnI went in my app to suspend payment( we do auto pay every single month ) due to my husband not being paid until 3 days later i paid on the 19th and not the 16th because money has been tight since losing my job with covid.nnI call the office and I’m told that unless I pay next months bill on December 2nd (which my payment is due on the 16th of every month ) they will cancel my policy. But we have been on AUTO PAY AND PAID ON TIME EVERY MONTH.nnI was told by their “billing specialist “ that she couldn’t put me back on auto pay until that was paid for DECEMBER .... however I’m not behind ud83eudd2fnI was also told that there is “no way around this”nnHow in 2020 is there no way around fixing a accident by someone who has no idea what they are doing on an app. Because I didn’t suspend because there was no OPTION to suspend payment only to CANCEL AUTO PAYMENT now I’m punished and won’t have insurance because I can’t afford to turn around and fork out another 238$ In a week.nnI’m mind blown at the lack of customer service. And even more so that I have still never heard from Timothy. I know something can be done.nnEven better ...nmy husband called and she said something different. That we are up for renewal ud83dude02nSo if that is the case I’m trying to understand why my auto pay can’t be put back on and for the 16th of December .....nnTo make it even better the lady I spoke to today told me she would TRY to have Timothy call me ud83dude02nnWho tells a client they will try to have someone call and won’t tell you when someone will be in the office.nIt seems pretty crazy to me for your employee to say I have no idea what his schedule is. Doesn’t seem like a place I should be doing business.nsince I have been trying to call multiple times you think someone wokld be getting answers or calling me. . This place is awful.nnAll I needed was someone to help me make sure my policy wouldn’t be cancelled and put my auto pay back for the 16th starting in December. Why is this so difficult.
