Came in a week ago and found this awesome nightmare before Christmas snow globe. I tried to buy one but no price tag since they were supposedly just put out. Talk to manager during day and lady at register. She took my name and held it behind desk so I could buy later when they had prices. Called back to find they no longer had my item in the back. Also, conveniently the display was knocked over and they could no longer sell me one. 1. Don't put merch out you can't sell that anyone can grab. 2. If you say your gonna hold a item please hold. Not great customer service hear. No attempt to try to find the item I was looking for or to call when they got more in. They just don't care here. Its a paycheck and a way to fill the day. Its fine I can shop somewhere else. Cvs is across the street.

The pharmacy is horrible. Don't do the drive through, you'll die of old age before even one car moves. Seriously, don't go to this place unless you want to spend the rest of your life in line.

One star because of the pharmacy wait times. I use walgreens for all my prescriptions and have for years. I have been coming to this one about a year.nIt has the longest wait times I have ever seen.nI will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.nI often wait in the drive through about 45 minutes. Today, was 40 minutes. This is ridiculous. Cars will be at the window 10 minutes or longer. Are they not pulling around and filling them on the spot??nThey are obviously incredibly understaffed.nThe line inside is just as long. Completely ridiculous.

store closed at 6p and I was in pharmacy line at 5:45p . When my car made it to the window they closed the shutters on me. I asked to speak to pharm manager and they told me she’s counting tills and would be right with me, I stood outside the store and she never came to speak with me. Worst location because of the management Michael has in charge.

Went to pick up my mothers RX. I had called ahead of time to make sure it was ready. Told it would be ready in one and a half hours. Went to pick up and when I got there was told it was at the Huntsville Walgreens. When I told her I had called, I was told I spoke to a call center in Florida! What??? I called the Willis ph#. Had waited in live due to the virus for 50 minutes only to have to return another day and sit again!
