Life at Old County Ranch is peaceful. Country living with town only 2 miles away. Walking trails and wildlife. Plenty of shade trees. Washateria and public showers with restrooms close by. Great place for long term or short term stay.

I'm impressed, been to many rv parks throughput the us , this by far is my favorite. Peaceful, laundry n shower are awesome ! Thank you OCR !

Very quiet place. I love the walking paths, new laundry and the squirrels.

Place was good and quite place. But Miss. Jeannie was very rude. When I asked about the back ground check it was going to be a soft check on my credit score. Next this I knew my i check my credit score about a week after I moved in and my credit had drop 7 points. When I call the office Jeannie said she was going to call the place where get back ground checked but it has never happened before like it was my fault it drop when they had it checked and you have to pay them to do the back ground check. Jeannie never called me back. So I call the place where they get the back ground checks they informed me that any background check that is done to stay at a rv Park or to rent will drop your credit. So far warning.

Unfortunately, I rented a space, pre-paid for a month, and set up my travel trailer on a Friday only to be asked to move out of my space on the following Monday..... in the rain!nnAlso, had to pay $35 for a background check that was not refunded EVEN THOUGH I was asked to change my plans and pack up in the rain.nnThe mistake was 100% THEIRS. Why did I get ripped off?nnBtw, Majestic Pines doesn’t charge for the background check, has fast wifi that works, and has a LOWER price.nnI was so disappointed with the poorly ran facility, non-existent wifi (they advertise as fast), shady looking clientele, and the fact that I had pre-paid for a concrete slab spot and had to move to a dirt spot, I just decided to leave, soaking wet and wet sand stuck to me and my outdoor furniture!nnBeware of their false advertising website pricing as well. Prices are NOT what was is advertised. They are higher and the “owner” / snake oil salesman will say you are “price sensitive” if you mention it to him.nnWhat a bad place. Shame on you!
