I was told one thing then they back pedal and change what they say. They charge way to much for renewals and secretly raise the monthly payment amount. They are very sneaky and lie. And yes they are so rude and racial profile and stereotype people until they have money in hand. In particular one employee with glasses very unprofessional and rude
