Nice people. Fast and easy service. Anytime I have had an issue with mail, it has been corrected.
Staff is rude and uncaring when they deliver your mail to the wrong address and you never receive it. Either my neighbors are thieves or the mail carriers are. They seem to really like birthday cards.
So frustrating to receive notification that a package is arriving, then see that it was not delivered because “delivery location could not be accessed.” No problem putting today’s mail in my oversized box, but wouldn’t get out of car to drop package at front door if too large for box. Delivery location is accessible; delivery staff chooses not to deliver.nAnd, location hours are not conducive for me to pick up package myself because I work out of town.
They go above and beyond at this location. I've always had a great experience here. I came in one day the very minute they opened and they helped me find a package that I had been expecting to arrive the day before but was late (senders fault) They took time to find it for me so I could have it before I left that morning to go on vacation!
Consistently losing my mail/packages. Delivered to completely wrong street and not even the same house number. Said they didn’t remember which house they delivered my packages to.nnAsked them to forward prior residents mail over 10 times - still receiving their mail. Complete incompetence and lack of accountability. Did they find my packages or correct the error? No.
