Great customer service, explained prices and was able to bring my rates down very easily.
if i was able to give them a real star review i would give them a -100 star review , as there customer service needs a lot of work, an the way they charge people. i was charged 3 times for an insurance that i had already paid the start off and the month. they charged me for about 3 months in advanced when i told them they would hang up the call. i spoke to a supervisor and they also did not believe the how rude there workers are and how they are crooks.
