Land of Lights was a family affair that has been made tradition with us. It was so beautiful! Seeing happy faces, kids singing and smiling with excitement and fascination was very good for us. It was magical! I'm sure we will go back again this season and hopefully years to come. Merry Christmas *

Having been here a couple of times before, we realized that, given all the year 2020 has thrown our way— what better an activity than a drive-thru of Christmas lights!? Once again, it was a positive and happy experience for all of us. For anyone in the Athens or surrounding areas, this is absolutely worth the trip; especially if younger kids are involved!n**Tip: Only cash is accepted, so be sure to have it on hand! Also, there is some sort of a refreshment/concession-type offering, if one happens to be interested.nEnjoy!

We went to Land of Lights with our daughter, son in law, and four grandchildren ages 7, 11, 14 and 16. It was a fun experience for all. It's way more than lights. There were character cut outs from kids shows, the Bible, movies and more. There were houses with glass fronts to hold themed collections of dolls, toys and more. We enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend it to families. With 4 million lights, including many lights archways, characters, collections and more there's something for everyone. The road through is steep at times but we had no issues getting up and down the hills in a huge 12 passenger van. There were busses ahead of us that made it, too. The admission is cash only and is paid about halfway through the drive. Enjoy!

This is a donation style, drive through, Christmas wonderland. They have an amazing array of beautiful lights/animations. There are sections of various characters ...WooVille being one of my favorites. You can look for the numbered 12 days of Christmas too. They also have an area with parking spaces available to take a walking stroll through a section of their magnificent display. It really put me in the Christmas spirit, even though it was mid-November.nnI came on a trip from out of town, to the area and was very impressed!

The park is very well done. You pay near the end of the trail which I thought was odd. Its cash only and when I went I didn't know that until I was not able get out of the line. However you can purchase a ticket at the concession stand which accepts cards. My kids love it which is all that matters
