The young women in this store, absolutely went above and beyond and out of their way and as a result I would drive the hour to go see them before I ever went somewhere local! Their selection is amazing, their knowledge and sheer expertise is commendable, and I cannot emphasize enough how helpful, thoughtful, and professional this team is. The employee told me that she couldn’t install a battery in my watch because she “can’t get the band off” after looking at it for less than 10 seconds. I went out and removed the band while sitting in my truck in the parking lot with a Swiss Army Knife and then went somewhere else for the battery. Very disappointed. My wife and I bought our wedding bands and I bought her engagement ring at Kay Jewelers 29 years ago.
