Stayed here with a buddy from Wednesday- Sunday for a fishing tournament. We had a blast here. They have a bar on site with some pool tables- each night is a different event. Thursday is karaoke which was cool . It made for a fun night after a long day of fishing. The bartenders were great and always made sure our drinks were full. For the price- you can’t beat it. The hotel room was comfy and homey. The new owner of the hotel greeted us with a smile every time he saw us. Keep in mind that this hotel is a historical land marker and built in the 60’s. Needless to say- my friend and I will be back!nnSide note: they allowed me to park my boat in front of my room and charge it over night!
THIS HOTEL IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP: expect lots of improvements!nI booked online for a meeting I have in the morning. The hotel is a little older but they are doing renovations and the improvements look great. The new owner is very helpful and kind and assisted with my mistake made when I booked the wrong day. The front desk girl is really sweet and showed me the room before I took it. Some of them have 2 doors--one to go to the enclosed lobby and another right to your parking spot. I am a woman traveling alone and they made sure I was in a room close to the office and felt safe.nI have a pretty nice car and it was just fine when I left in the morning.nMy room has two beds and a selection of pillows from fluffy to firm, which I love, you don't usually get a range of pillows even at a luxury property.nKeep in mind this is a well priced budget friendly hotel. If you expect the Ritz, then go to the Ritz. If you want clean, safe, and friendly, this is for you.
Clean friendly exceptional staff a place you always feel welcome. Has a wonderful homey feel here.
Well I wasn't there today but several years ago I stayed there with a woman paying for my stay I was homeless and it was great
Fantastic staff, went above and beyond to help my family out, definitely appreciate the service and opportunity to stay at this hotel!! Convenient nice bar to visit!!! Great service!!
