First Class Marble & Granite

Our contractor recommended using First Class Granite for the kitchen and shower edging in our new home. They were super responsive, helpful, and patient. There is a huge selection on site that they will happily walk you through and provide samples. Steve gave me recommendations for styles and materials. The installers were kind, professional and did a flawless job. I was so pleased with our beautiful counters.

I have the pleasure of writing this review while looking at the impeccable work they have completed at my house. I must also inform you that this review might be a bit long but it is the absolute truth and worth your read.nnIn the midst of a global pandemic I was able to find the perfect stone for my house. I messaged the company through their Instagram account late in the evening and to my surprise got a reply a few minutes later. They scheduled me for the next day.nnFrom the moment I arrived at the parking lot .. hadn't even made it inside the showroom I already noticed the exceptional customer service. Leo greeted me outside and showed me the available slabs out there. (I must also note that everyone I came across was wearing a mask). Then proceeded to show me what he had inside and on the other side. Making sure I had seen all the available slabs.nnLeo along with his employees put into practice everything that I have ever read about great customer service. I received a call with the exact arrival time for both times they came to my house. Measurements are taken with laser to allow for the most accurate cut. They always made sure any questions I had were answered.nnOn the day of installation, although I had the floor protected to avoid scratches by other debris during the remodel the guys insisted in laying their dropcloth. Bringing in the stone was not an easy job and at no point did any of the guys complain. Not long after, everything was in its place. Oh and the seam? you can't see it!!!!nnAs the homeowner, I felt a sense of pride working with First Class. The moment they arrived at my house other contractors made a comment of how excellent their work is.nnMy sincerest THANK YOU!

We 100% recommend First Class Marble & Granite. They provided and installed granite counter tops for our remodeled kitchen cabinets, a lavatory vanity and our master bath vanity. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional and they had tremendous patience while helping us with the final selections. Ariela and Junior managed our project all the way through and every milestone date was met on time. The granite selection that First Class Marble offers is terrific and they provided spot-on advice regarding the different material options. Our kitchen counter top has a large peninsula with a bowed edge sitting area. Ariela offered key recommendations to make sure the peninsula shape would look right when it was in-place. We are completely happy with our new granite counter tops and with their very professional team of installers. The way they accommodated our uneven walls to make a perfect mate with the granite showed that they have the ideal combination of skill and artistry. The finished counters are beautiful in both the kitchens and the baths. You can’t go wrong with choosing First Class Marble for your project!

First class was awesome in their service and delivery. From accommodating the time first measurement appointments, to picking the materials/ finishes, to quick turn around of production & installation. The whole process was flawless and the quality of the material, finish and installation was second to none. They helped us find slabs that we love, held them for us until our project was ready, and then templated and installed in a very timely manner.
