I've noticed that generally only angry people leave google reviews which isn't a fair assessment of a business. Because I have recently closed 4 deals with this title team and I feel obligated to give a an accurate review of their work. I am an investor and I have dealt with dozens of title companies over the last 25 years. This company was recommended to me by a local realtor that I trust. My first closing here was two months ago and it was seamless from beginning to end. I have never dealt with a more professional and pleasant group of ladies. Even as an unfamiliar face I was treated with the upmost respect and priority. My second deal was even better and there were even homemade cookies served at the closing. When I brought in contract number three I was treated like a regular member of the family and even the sellers commented on how pleasant the experience had been. I just closed purchase number 4 and I received a gift and thank you note. I won't be using any other title company and I recommend this team 100%.
