My car had gotten hit by someone and I called the Police Department to get an officer out for a police report (I did not want to bother the actual emergency line as no one was injured thankfully!). The lady who answered was rude and refused to send someone out to me. Absolutely a night mare.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The officer who was given to us for a nonemergency call was rude and unprofessional.
