University Inn

Upon my arrival, I was met at the counter by an unenthusiastic male working behind the counter. I confirmed my reservation and received only one key card. I reserved a double room for four people.... I was told it would be another $5 per key card... Ok.nnI walked over to the room, 112. It smelled bad and was very dirty. The floors had not recently been swept. There was a giant hairball on the floor near the bathroom right in plain sight. Over by the desk, sat a creaky old computer chair, underneath an infestation of spiders rested, feasting on the little bugs in the room, a pile of the dried up corpses on the floor.nnThe bathroom toilet and the floors were never cleaned. Streaks of urine in the toilet. Strange hair strands all around the toilet.nnThe air conditioner creaked all night with sounds of what I presume are rat scratches.nnI went to check out and showed the pics to a different male at the check in counter and he shrugged and only wanted to offer and apology. I asked what he wanted to do about it and he kept saying he will tell management to tell the cleaning crew to clean the room.... Well I just stayed there so I would hope they would come out and clean the room?! I asked if they had an email so that I could send the pics of the poor conditioned room to them and they said no, he will just tell them what I said.nnThe pool is closed, even though I called and asked what time the pool would be open till... Which is why I booked this hotel to begin with, for my family to go swimming.nnI paid $70 for a disgusting room. I wish I had just gone on airbandb. Avoid this hotel and it's management at all costs. The place was very sketchy upon arrival and the residents were quick to stare and make judgements. Entering the room, the A/C didn’t work and the room looked messy. When it was time to take a shower, the water was on maximum heat yet still cold. The towels were absolutely disgusting! They were covered in and mucus and feces for Pete’s sake. The toilet had looked like it was cleaned in years. There were brown stains in it! Then upon packing and getting ready to leave. House keeping kept banging on the door and I told them no thank you and to wait but they kept banging on the door anyways. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was deserving of one in a very negative fashion. To say the least, I’m very grateful to be out of there.

Great for the price. Very quiet and clean. The refrigerator chilled my drinks quickly and the microwave worked as well. With tax the room came to $57. Definitely worth it.

I would never stay here again, only reason I stayed was cause my family needed to rest... I've traveled lots and stayed in many hotels but this by far is the worst. As soon as we get in the room my daughter went to the restroom and to our amazement there was no toilet paper!!! Like seriously!!! But yeah don't stay here people I would give it negative stars if i could...

Stayed last week filthy. Food in microwave burn marks on sheets. This week again thru hotwire first key didn't work assigned different room. No tv remote stains on sheet.
