Very nice hotel. Quiet. Fresh and clean. Comfortable beds. Hot breakfast included. Not one complaint.
There was bed bugs and a beer bottle in the mattress. There was no breakfast as advertised, but still approximately $70/night. The manager was very nonchalant and lacking empathy or apology. She did offer one night back for a partial refund since there was documented evidence of the negligence with the cleaning staff and unacceptable conditions. Overall not a good place to go.
Great experience during a not so great time. Very well kept facilities. Very comfortable stay
Dropped off my kids at Texas State for this semester and had to stay over night again. Had bad luck at other hotels on previous occasion but HIT THE JACKPOT at this one! Spotless room and professional staff at a much better rate than the others. Ill be back for sure.
George was my customer service for today. He's on top of his work. Explain everything you need to know. I'm visiting from Killeen for my CNA Final exam. He willing to give me a late check out without any problems. But I'm just gonna go ahead check out early prior exam time instead. I wish I have more time to experience with they gym and laundry ud83dude01
