This guy calls at 3 pm and says he is one hour away and then shows up at 9 pm after my entire family was asleep. Garbage company
Suspicious! Called for a quote to SIMPLY unlock my door and it was approximately $55. The guy came and I was charged $130!!!! Like maaaaan I'm just a student trying to get by! Locksmiths don't charge that much AND It literally took him a few seconds to open up my door! If you see this, I'd like to know what exactly ya charge for to be paid that much. This is crazy like . . . I was just trying to get to my room so I can take an exam geez xx
I called for A quote as I did all the other locksmith they couldn’t give me an exact price, seems totally sketchy. Either way they charged A $30 service call if you decided to get the work done or not and when their Tech arrived they wanted to surprise you with A price. All the other locksmiths gave me prices smh
Called several locksmiths to have my daughters car rekeyed, all gave me pricing over the phone.nSo, I decided to go with Texas Premier since the girl told me it would a $30 service call and $95 key Cut and programming fee. I confirmed the key type and the make and model of the car. I confirmed it would be $95 and that included both keys, she said yes. (Plus service call)nI waited 3 hours for the guy to get here and he said he can’t do it for less than $220 plus the service call. I told him that was more than anywhere I called and that I was quoted $95.nHe said that is was $95 and up, they do not give full quotes over the phone.nBUYER BEWARE THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH GAME HERE. THEY KNOW YOU ARE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AND JACK THE PRICE WAY UP, knowing you most likely pay so you don’t need to wait on another locksmith.nEnded up getting it done for $120 total by very honest local shop.
