Kelly and Will delivered TOP NOTCH customer service.... had a little snafu when I went to pick up the car I reserved but Kelly ended up making it more than right!!! Will definitely get a car from here again!!
I was arriving a bit after closing to return a rental but this location does not have an overnight drop off. Ms. Kelley Loe at this location waited a little longer so I could return the car before she closed the office and left for the day. This was VERY appreciated. Thank you Kelley! It means alot!!! GREAT customer service!

Worst possible customer service over the phone. They won’t answer, and when they do they tell you to “please hold” and forget about you. Guess the Athens location expects you to just hang up. Also, we turned our rental back in on Thursday, was told we would be emailed and refunded our deposit. It’s Saturday now and still no email or refund of my deposit.
Worst experience ever. Reserved a car, went to pick it up and was told they didn't have any available. Call another site and went all the way to Tyler and the same thing happened no car available even after it was confirmed.. I tried again to get a car which makes the third time, I reserved a car, they sent me a check in link, so I checked in to confirm and today I was to pick up the car and they sent a message that no cars available. I am done with ENTERPRISE.
