Since some of the reviews weren’t so good, here’s my experience. I went in to buy a suit and was helped right away. I got what I thought I wanted and left. I bought two suits. After review I realized I didn’t like the style of the suits, not because they were bad but because of how I was going to use them (solids for casual vs. patterns for business). The next day I came back to return them. The return process was super easy. Not only that, but the guy that helped me really knew his stuff. I left with exactly what I wanted.nnI saw some reviews that said they did not get great service, all I can say is that I did great great service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Tony that works here is one of those people who can take a look at you and tell you EXACTLY what size to recommend. He has sooo much valuable experience that makes your visit in the store a pleasant one. He and the whole team is amazing! Everything you would expect from a Brooks Brothers store. He went above and beyond to find an amazing fit for my needs. He even reached out to another store to hold the pants I needed for me. Exceptional customer service skills!

I tried but received no service...And I really tried. I walked around several times with polos in my hand. I even asked a question and in the middle of the answer, the salesperson greeted someone else and never finished his answer with me! So I walked to the dressing room to try on the shirts. To get help with that, I made eye contact with another salesperson. And she looked away. So I gave up and walked out. Last time I ever shop at Brooks Brothers. I can’t support a brand that can’t train the basics in their salespeople.

A++ service. Everyone makes clothes, but service is what SEPARATES the PROFESSIONAL from the LOSERS. Bob exemplifies what it means to be a PROFESSIONAL! 95% of service is NON VERBAL. Go see him at Brooks Brothers. If you're NOT SATISFIED I suggest you reevaluate your priorities!
