Sure they're affordable. But you get what you pay for. And they don't prorated changes you make in your policy if you're on auto draft. I hate having to use them when I'm low on funds.

Maybe you're like me and you need a temporary insurance company that will give you cheap rates. You know Fred Loya isn't the best choice but you think it will be worth the savings. The answer is no, absolutely not. Run as far away as you can. Their customer service is non-existent. If you need an answer or documentation that is your legal right to receive, you will be sent in loops and will speak to pre-programmed humans that might as well be robots. I filed a complaint with TDI and was informed that Fred Loya has been in violation of Texas law for years now and has been on TDI's black list of companies they do not support. I wish a review like this had been available when I was researching insurance companies so I want to help those who may be in the same boat. Good luck!

I went in today to make a change on my policy and I was impressed on how quickly Alyssa was able to take care of it. She was very pleasant and patient. Very happy with how she took care of me.
