I have been with Freeway Insurance for years. I had to make a change on my insurance policy . As I walked in I got greeted with a big hi and that was awesome . Amanda stepped right up and helped me. She went way beyond to help me . She made it such a pleasant experience. She is so awesome. So if you need insurance stop in and see Amanda. Thank you Amanda.

Just an FYI if you cancel insurance with these guys and go with someone else you find on your own be prepared to lose out on money. If you're going to add or remove vehicles I recommend you go directly through the insurance company that they have found for you who you have your policy with. We lost a $100 deductible that Freeway takes for adding and removing vehicles. We canceled 2 days later after we found a cheaper insurance company that gave us more for less. Unfortunately now we're out $100 even though no where in the paperwork she emailed us does it say that the fee isn't refundable. If you call they're customer service number your complaint will fall on deaf ears. They took your money and that's all that matters to them. That's how they made us feel. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. If you want great insurance at a cheap rate go to State Farm Insurance.
