Went for a marriage license after I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, only to find out they require you to make an appointment by phone, the lady behind the counter took our number and we never heard back.

I got summoned for jury duty. Went here and could not find parking. Had to park at the end of the street at least half a mile away from the building. Then I walk inside and there is no sign describing where to go for jury duty. Ask an elevator of people and no one knew or cared. Asked three workers until I found one that was willing to help. By the time I got up to the court room it was 30 min past, the lady just told me I was free to go. I got here in time but spent a good 15 min looking for a place to park, I thought there might be a reserved place to park for guests or jury duty. And literally another 15-20 wondering around popping into offices and asking bystanders where to go? Disappointed I was really looking forward to serving my community. Would of made it on time if they sent something in the mail explaining the parking situation and what floor/room to go into. This is such an easy solution. I’m sure people just turn around and leave once they pull up because of the confusion. Don’t just send a slip with the time and address. Send some type of instruction?! This is unreal. Advice for anyone who is called to serve, go to the third floor and ask a lady in the office. Also park on the street and walk. Not sure why it’s so hard to send a slip that says those simple things? Or add a sign?

Most complicated payment system in the world. Good luck paying a ticket here, much less finding where to pay! Typical bureaucrat indifference to the increasing administrative burden of American life. These bafoons are overcriminalizing of everyday life. But I guess if you HAVE NO LIFE then how could you empathize? #bureaucratstealyourtime #everythingisillegal #goodluckpayingyourticketsuckers

This place is unhelpful and despicable for the amount of money they charge and explanation they give you is vague but hey I guess that’s just the system out here. Definitely needs some change, staff there take some integrity in your job although you deal with all sorts of people all day (because I get it, not easy all the time), really you need to learn some respect and consideration for the public or maybe just a tiny sense of heart, cmon people.
