My experience with Enterprise was excellent as expected, this is far from my first experience with the San Marcos, TX Enterprise Rant-A-Car. My schedule changed on the last day and the folks at Enterprise made changes and kept my extended rate, no extra fees outside what it would have cost if I had booked the car for the time I actually needed it.nnOn a side note: if you are considering buying a certain model new car and know nothing about it, I highly recommend renting that model of car for a week and see how you like it before dropping the big money at the dealer. The car I rented worked flawlessly and worked as advertised but I learned I would not buy that model for reasons that didn't fit me personally. $$Money saved!$$

I do not recommend this location. Staff have not been trained on policies by branch manager. Branch manager said that policies were “vague” and that they were open to interpretation based on location. Regional managers also clearly show a lack of understanding the policies. I would avoid this location at all costs.

The price of the compact car (that I rented for one day) I thought was a bit high at $40 and it usually keep me from renting. This time I had an upgrade so I ended up with an intermediate car. The car was almost empty on gas so I received a 5% discount on the rate. Overall okay rental
