No follow through, told me I would be in a vehicle the next day. Arranged my whole day based on that information. I had to call them 3 different times, told I was on a waiting list and that I was next on the list.. waited another 3 hrs to call them, only to be told that I was now 6th on the list.. ugh! I am all for being patient during busy times, but to be told 3 different things within 48hrs, rearrange my busy schedule and for me to have to leave the body shop hanging...come on, they're asking for a whole lot more than just patience. No thanks, never again
Reserved a car over a week in advance. Went to pick it up only to find out they didn’t have a car for me. In fact there were two people ahead of me waiting for a vehicle to pick up.
I have rented from them in the past and they were friendly and gave me a really good rate,I tried to rent a car the other day and they wouldn't give me any kind of deal at all. As a matter of fact they were charging a lot more than their competition,twice as much to be honest. If they are willing to come down on their rates I will rent from them again.
They have the worst communication made me waste half of my day waiting to rent a car. Do nothing to try to help you and just help older customers first. Manager and employees try to be funny but are not. Hate this place I’m never the type of person to leave reviews but never rent a car here.
Reserved a vehicle get there to pick it up and they already call corporate they say we have one in San marcos go there and they don't have one
