Absolutely unbelievable. Called ahead to let them know I was coming had them pull a book for me to keep at the front register. Let them know I was on my way. Wasted my gas and drove 40 MINUTES to arrive as they locked the door and stared at my face. The guy working the front was just all shoulders and seemed to derive some kind of sick pleasure out of shrugging at me as though he had just eaten the front door key. As though it were absolutely outside the realm of possibility for them to open the door. Somebody better call the fire department, might need the jaws of life to get the door open so these people can go home for the night. Truly phenomenal customer service ud83dudc4cud83cudffb Top notch. Only giving the one star because there isn't a way to give Zero stars. Hope y'all have a lovely night. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Texas went no mask on Wednesday, so I exercised my right to freedom by not wearing one. Immediately upon entering the store to retrieve a book I ordered, I was greeted with the mask police shouting if I had a mask. I am NOT wearing a mask anymore! The lady sorting books went out of her way to tell me to wait outside while the sweet employee behind the desk was getting my name. I told Karen to never interrupt me again. Get a grip! Going to dictate how people live their life? Do not give me the bull that you are protecting others and your staff by a mask that does not prevent against illness when you touch used books all day long and then turn around and sell them. Question? How do you sterilize paper?
Brought the kids in to get a few books and was off put by an employee coming up and telling me my 5 year old had his mask on incorrectly. He was reading to his 1 year old brother. While I understand COVID and all. He is 5. Seems a bit much and they kept on us the whole time we were there. Will not be returning. While being respectful of others safety is somethings we of course want to do as good people this was just a bit much.
