I would like to be able to communicate with your employees. It would be nice to have someone, at least one person who can speak throughly in English. I really enjoy the food and I think the ladies are lovely. I come maybe twice a month but it used to be more but I have trouble relaying what I want.
It's good but I feel the communication with the female cashier is bad if you talk to her in english or SPANISH. I thought they were ripping me off for a moment cause of it. ud83dude43
Horrible service!!! Employees ignore you as well as owners ... all food dried up and Burnt on pans... when I asked for more tenders they said 15 minutes and no tea . Very rude employees when you ask for anything ... wouldn’t recommend to anyone !! Stay Away if you’re SMART !!!
Very disapointing visit this afternoon, I walked in, placed my order for two to eat, the cashier attempeted to overcharge me for my order, she claimed new prices were taking effect, yet none were posted, I declined to pay extra charges due to not being posted, the manager basically told me if I didn't want to pay more I could go elsewhere, I didn't appreciate her response and proceeded to remind her that she and the other employee were there because of customers willing to come in and spend money in their establishment, they ended up filling my order for the current posted prices, she (manager) also told me that this location was soon to close anyway, I took it to mean she didn't care because shutdown would soon occur and didn't care if I was not happy as a paying customer, I realize they probably don't earn much hourly, but they should at least treat customers with a bit of professionalism.
The place was dirty so it's hard to enjoy a meal in that environment. You don't expect to sit at a table and get food from the previous patron on you.I would go to another location.
