I was at a wedding event in Dallas who used First Impressions. The individuals parking the cars were careless and were in a rush when their were like no cars waiting. They ran around my truck and hooked my bug guard and snapped it off. This was clearly carelessness because the bug guard was not in the way or anything (I never had this issue). I am only giving them 3 stars because the Manager did own up to it and is replacing the part. so 5 stars for management and 1 star for the actual valet service itself.
