Was in at 8:30 tonight and will not be going back. I walked in and the cook was taking care of the front counter. He took care of the customer in front of me then he took my order. He was polite and professional until he went to the back a prepare the food without washing his hands or changing his gloves before handling the food. When I said something to him about it he said he did change his gloves which was a lie because I was watching him the whole time. This is not the first time this has happened (I saw it a couple of weeks ago with a different cook) but it will be the last time. I said something to the manager on duty the first time and it was corrected on the spot but since it happened again I can see that this is normal procedure for this location and I will not be returning.
Waited 30 minutes in the drive through, asked for double meat jalitos burger with a couple of ketchups and light ice with my lemonade. They gave me the wrong drink, and one ketchup.... Honestly people go through the drive through to save time.... Just don't waste people's time like that. Never going again.
The lady that took our order was sooo nice. She made our day just that little bit better
Employee's didn't have on mask.nThe floors were wet and no signs to indicate wet floors. The food was ok and the fries has way too much salt
The icecream was great but not as good as usual and there were some workers in front of us cussing and just hanging out.
