Ron was extremely helpful in guiding me through my options so that I could select the right lock to suit my needs. Javier could not have been more professional or knowledgeable about the work. He did a fantastic job with the installation and set up. I have a little touch up paint to take care of on the door, but I’m very satisfied with the work Alamo did!
I had an emergency situation after locking my key inside my car, not even the police could help in time. I called Alamo Lock and Key and Javier was able to help within five minutes. They are legit and incredibly fast, not to mention the only lock and key service that was able to get there within a 15 minute time frame. If I could rate this place with more stars than 5, I would.
Javier is amazing! He showed up within 10 minutes and took care of business after I locked my dog and myself out of my home. He even skipped his workout to help us and I’m so thankful. Realized at 8:00 pm on a rainy night that I have lost the keys of my home. They came promptly and solved my problem. They were somehow pricey but efficient and quick. I recommend them.
We got lock out of our office without keys or any other way to get in which turned in to emergency right away. We called alamo key and lock and Ron showed with in 15 min .. That was pretty awesome and unexpected.nHe was able to get us in very fast and efficiently.
