Want poor customer service? Check.nn3. Want someone with a bad attitude?nCheck?nn4. Want someone who wants to argue for the sake of arguing? Check.nn5. Want someone to threaten you with not helping you because you’re in need of help? Check.nn6. Want someone to try to hush you up and offer a lack of options? Check.nn7. Even with a reservation, get treated badly? Check.nnIf this sounds like the place you want, by all means, go for it. I loved my experience so much, I figured once was enough for me. I can’t handle this place.

There was a manufacturer recall on some vehicles (no fault on Enterprise), so the logistics were disrupted. Jason kept calm and tried his best to accommodate everyone who was waiting on a vehicle. I waited longer than I anticipated (again no fault on Enterprise), but Jason made sure I left the shop with a smile. I was extremely happy with the car Jason arranged for me. Thank you.

Excellent service, offered SUV upgrade at low price. Vehicle clean, like new and comfortable for 500 one day trip. Agent very ud83dude0e cool, professional and friendly. I hope to rent again from this location again soon
